The charity also facilitates wellbeing support through The Positive Steps Programme designed to help empower you and help you to build a meaningful and satisfying life. The service includes meditation, mindfulness and wellbeing, motivational Interviewing, helping you to reduce alcohol and substance abuse, art classes, yoga, kintsugi hope, money management, AA Meeting on site every Thursday at 2pm, counselling and Emotional Freedom Therapy.
