Uplift Wellbeing support helps people to connect and access activities and resources to meet their physical, social and emotional needs. Their team are experienced in supporting people with their Wellbeing, either professionally or through lived experience. They provide 1-1 30-minute sessions over a period of 4-6 weeks, as well as a range of workshops including : Self Confidence & Assertiveness, Relaxation & Self Care, Coping With Stress, Overcoming Anger and Irritability, Improving Your Sleep and Mastering Motivation.
