Counselling Service

London Black Women's Project (LBWP) is a Black Minority Ethnic organisation that supports women who are survivors of domestic violence/abuse and other forms of gender-based violence, against women and girls.

We can provide one to one confidential counselling for Black, Asian, Minority Ethnic and Refugee women who have experienced any form of domestic violence/abuse.

Our counsellors have an integrative approach and work holistically with clients. They have relevant qualifications and are experienced in supporting women and girls suffering from emotional issues, as a result of domestic violence. All are registered with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and abide by its ethical framework.

We can offer counselling in the following languages: English, Punjabi, Gujarati, Urdu, Hindi, Sylheti, Yoruba and Luganda, either remotely or face to face at our main office in Plaistow.
