Exercise-Easy with Anne George

A fun and interactive approach to improving strength, flexibility, balance and confidence using gentle exercises, stretches and breathing techniques that work! This class ideally suits people who are looking to ease back into physical activity after illness, recovering from surgery, with neurological conditions (eg Parkinsons) and for those with low mobility. Fitness instructor Anne will invite participants to spend an hour of enjoyable movement that will benefit both body and mind.
