Devon Recovery Learning Community

DRLC is a Devon-wide educational service offering free courses and events to adults in support of their mental health and wellbeing. We are a non-clinical, open-access service which means we don't require any students to have a formal diagnosis or referral. If an adult sees something they think would benefit their mental health and wellbeing all they need to do is register on our website and request to book on the course!

We have courses both online and in person, as well as several weekly drop in sessions around the county. Our courses range from psychoeducational (Making Sense of ADHD, Befriending My Anger, Living Well with Anxiety...) to physical activites (nature walks, laughter yoga, sports hubs...), to arts, crafts, and other creative pursuits (Creative Writing, Nature Vases, Seashell Craft for Recovery...) so there is a little something for everyone.

All our courses are co-delivered, which means there are usually two tutors, one of whom will have lived experience relevant to the course. We work with fantastic community partners around Devon to provide the best opportunities we can for our students.
