Tai Chi Course for Beginners

Aimed at those over 55 and perhaps not as active as you would like to be.

This 10 week course will cover Tai Chi basics and foundation exercises, partner exercises, Qi Gong and an introduction to Tai Chi form.

This course will set you up with the foundations to join a future Tai Chi class.

Pre-booking and pre-payment are essential to secure your place.

£40 for the 10 week course.  Starts Tuesday 21st March 1.30pm-2.30pm at the Mamhead Village Hall EX6 8HP.
