Barking Grow Club

Well-being is the main focus in the Grow Club garden, and we acknowledge how important being in green spaces helps support our well-being. We spend time in the garden that best fits how we are doing on the day, we practice mindfulness and take care of our mental and physical well-being whilst working at our own pace and speed. We encourage relaxation, connecting with nature and learning new skills to keep ourselves and the garden nourished.
