Open Up

Our BRAND NEW Open Up session is aimed at Men who are going through mental health issues. As we all know it is really difficult to talk about how we feel especially for men, hopefully this session will change the stigma of “mental health”.

A game of football will hopefully bring them together and create connections which will allow them to interact with each other and talk about how they are really feeling. Our staff and special guests may offer help and advice as well as signposting if needed.

When:                 7:00pm – 8:30pm

Who:                   Men Only 18+
