Online Mindfulness Class

Weekly online mindfulness classes via Zoom.

Mindfulness is the art of being present in the present moment. When we are being mindful, we bring awareness on purpose, without judgment, to things as they are in the here and now.

Each session involves a variety of practices such as breath meditation, body scan, loving kindness and usually some gentle mindful movement. I share quotes and poems which help us contemplate our experience further.

This class is a chance to practice with a small group and increase your experience and practice being more mindful. It is suitable for beginners and people who have meditated before.

If you have not attended my classes before you will need to complete a pre-class questionnaire. Please email me first to ask for the questionnaire so that I can ensure the class is suitable for you.
