Third Age Counselling

We are a charity established fifteen years ago, taking great pride in offering free counselling services to vulnerable individuals across the community. Our Mission Statement is “to promote a positive state of mind, body and spirit, feeling safe and able to cope, with a sense of connection with people, communities and the wider environment”.

In 2003 Third Age Counselling began as a research project into provision of counselling services for older people within the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea.

Since that time, we have grown and established outreach in other locations, actively supporting communities cross Central London, Brighton and Lincolnshire.

We are passionate about the provision of counselling for a variety of vulnerable groups and this extension of our service arose out of our provision of free therapeutic counselling for people within our communities.
