Community guided-meditation workshops

Teaching meditation through periods of guided meditation, feedback and discussion with the aim of improving general wellbeing.

These sessions might involve paying attention to sensations in the body, awareness of one's breathing or generating feelings of friendliness through visualisations. A non-judgemental awareness of one's thought-processes (a.k.a. 'Mindfulness') is also developed.
