Psychological Fitness Training starting 15th May 2023

Improve your mental wellbeing 

Training to strengthen your psychological fitness: reduce anxiety, low moods, insecurity, overwhelm. improve relationships and self-esteem.

Starting on the 15th May 2023  Mondays 1030-1230
6 weekly sessions 

Littlehempston, nr Totnes

Through conversations and awareness exercises we will explore the psychological immune system and inner compass so you can trust more in your wisdom, resilience and wellbeing. The training is for up to 6 people. At the field of possibility, outdoors around a fire or indoors (subject to weather).

We welcome donations towards covering the costs and suggest between £5 - £20 per week or between £30 - £120 for the 6 week program, but no one will be turned away because they can’t donate.

Kirstien gives her time for free and covers the venue costs at Field of Possibility.

This is offered as a social prescribing program.
