55 plus exercise

Fun and friendly ercise classes for older adults or younger individuals with exercise limitations.

The classes are 45 minutes long and have mobility, pulse raising and strength components.

A chair is at hand should you need it for balance or take a rest.

Centre based classes around Torbay (Marldon, Babbacombe and St Mary Church plus three online sessions a week.

First class is free, thereafter £7.00 pay as you go.

I am a level 4 CIMSPA exercise coach which means I can accept individuals with health conditions often associated with old age such as heart disease, stroke, cancer, diabetes, COPD, arthritis and more.
