Club Run & Social

Each Thursday at 6:45 pm Exmouth Running Club has a club run followed by a social for those wishing to stay on.

There is a training run which may be intervals, fartleks. hill climbs, out and back etc, all aimed at improving your running. if you are not feeling up to it then you can just have a steady run as we all run in the same area keeping together and the runs are free to the community.
