Adaptive Yoga

Adaptive yoga is a physiotherapist led Yoga which is suitable for all including people with disabilities, health conditions and wheelchair users. 
 
It allows everyone to experience the mind-body benefits of yoga regardless of health condition.  Poses are adapted using props, guidance from the Physio allows everyone to experience the pose and adaptions are made according to individual need. 
 
Benefits of the class are wide-ranging and include; increased strength and flexibility, better balance, improved mood and reduced pain.  
 
Classes run on a Monday 11-12 at our clinic rooms at Dainton Park Golf Club. 
 
Free taster session available.   
 
Attendees will need a mini-assessment if they would like to continue following the taster session as the class is tailored for each individual.   
 
Classes are £15 per class paid as a block of 5 or 6.  We follow school terms with the blocks and have regular class breaks during the school holidays.
