Volunteer Open Day at Castle Drogo

It has been a busy start to the 2023 season on Dartmoor and none of what we do would be possible without our volunteer teams. From room guiding in the castle to our visitor centre and garden teams, there are so many ways volunteers support in sharing the unique stories, architecture, and landscape with our visitors.

As part of our Volunteers’ Week celebrations, drop in for a cuppa and a chat on Sunday 4 June, 11.30am to 2.30pm to find out what volunteering means at Castle Drogo. There will also be tours and tasters to give you a feel for the various roles you can get involved with.
