Subco Trust works with isolated and housebound elders from diverse South Asian communities in Newham as well as the local community for over 30 years.

Some Asian elders and Carers require a range of support in South Asian Community languages and are sensitive to dietary, cultural, and religious preferences.

We also deliver a Prevention Programme. Age Ranges from 50yrs plus.
