Tai Chi Beginner's Classes

Tai chi is a series of gentle physical exercises and stretches. Each posture flows into the next without pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion. Wudang Tai Chi Chuan runs weekly Beginners’s Tai Chi Hand Forms sessions, every Monday from 6:30-7:30pm. £8 a lesson.
