If your child needs care at home, we understand that your priority will be to find a provider you can trust and rely on.

As an organisation that has care at its heart, we always put the needs of our clients first and pride ourselves on offering a quality service.

Our support workers receive initial and on-going training to ensure that the care they give to your child is of the high standard that you would expect.

Our service is tailored to your family and your needs. We will ask you what you need in terms of support and you will be able to make decisions about your child’s care. This includes your needs, what is important to you and your child and your child’s likes and dislikes.

We can provide all aspects of care including:

Help with personal care (bathing, grooming, washing and dressing)
Help with meals and feeding (including PEG feeding)

Night care
Our overnight care support services can assist families to have a restful night’s sleep. The support worker stays overnight in the room with the child.

Sleeping nights
For the sleeping nights service, the support worker will stay overnight and be on-hand if the need arises. They will be expected to get a reasonable night’s sleep.

Waking nights
This service is for children who are expected to wake up more than twice a night for reasons such as changing positioning or toileting needs.

Sitting services
If you need to go out, have a break or attend appointments, we offer a sitting service. A support worker will come and sit with your child giving you the freedom to go out without worry.
