Our highly experienced team of Health and Wellbeing Coaches are committed to helping our patients make the lifestyle changes that are necessry to achieve their health related goals, and improve their overall quality of life.


Our services:

  • We offer non-clinical appointments, supporting patients with behaviour change to improve their health and wellbeing
  • We support patients to achieve their health related goals, including physical activity, nutrition, and weight management
  • We work with patients who have, or are at risk of developing a long term condition, to broaden their knowledge, skills and confidence in managing their condition
  • We improve health related outcomes by working with patients to set and help meeting their personalized goals
  • we offer effective intervention for patients experiencing conditions including respiratory, cardiovascular (such as type 2 diabetes and hypertension), and stress/low mood


Fitness and Nutrition 

  • Gain access to a series of non-clinical appointments with one of our health coaches for continued support on how to make healthy lifestyle changes, tailored to you and your goals
  • talk to our health coaches for personalized advice on nutrition and exercise to achieve a healthier you
  • if you are experiencing long term conditions such as type 2 diabetes, hypertension or stress and low mood, speak to one of our coaches about how to self - manage your condition

Mental Wellbeing

  • We work to recognize and help overcome social isolation
  • people can become socially isolated for a variety of reasons. Whatever the reason, we are here to support you in managing feelings of loneliness, stress, low moods that may be affecting your physical health and wellbeing.
