Great Big Green Week - Community Litter Pick

The #GreatBigGreenWeek is the UK’s biggest ever celebration of community action to tackle climate change and protect nature.

 

Every year, people come together to unleash a wave of support for action to protect the planet. Tens of thousands of people in every corner of the country celebrate the heartfelt, brave, everyday actions being taken to stand up for nature and fight climate change.

In 2023, Great Big Green Week will take place between 10th and 18th June.

At The Alice Cross Centre we are running some special events that week.

On Tuesday the 13th of June at 1pm we will be meeting at the centre and walking up to milford park area to do a community litter pick.  We welcome anyone who would like to volunteer.  Equipment will be provided!
