Castaway Sing Community Choir

Open to anyone who loves to sing, Castaway’s community choir welcomes new members, all ages, with and without learning disabilities. Directed by singer, actor and choral conductor Emma Dickinson, Castaway Sing’s repertoire is wide ranging in musical style and includes music we’ve shared, chosen, commissioned, performed as theatre, recorded under lockdown, and learnt from people we’ve sung with.

The group has sung at venues across the East Riding for many audiences and occasions – in concert, for conferences and community groups, and with other choirs. Always we sing for enjoyment and the way it brings us together, believing in the power of music to transform lives.
