Delve deeper into djembe drumming for the promotion of personal and social recovery and wellbeing.
Forget your worries, find your rhythm and express yourself playing African rhythms.

Building on the beginners course we will explore more complex rhythms and develop confidence and fluency for self-expression.

Enhance your understanding of African rhythms in a safe and secure group setting. Drums are provided or you are welcome to bring your own.

This 7 week in-person course will run on Fridays 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th June, and 7th, 14th, 21st July.
