Beginners djembe drumming for the promotion of personal and social recovery and well being. Become familiar with basic techniques and concepts used in African drumming. Forget your worries, find your rhythm and express yourself playing African rhythms.

Become familiar with basic techniques and concepts used in African drumming. With no experience necessary, you will be able to play some fundamental African rhythms with confidence in a safe and secure group setting. Drums are provided or you are welcome to bring your own.

This 7 week in-person course will run on Fridays 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th June, and 7th, 14th, 21st July.
