Advocacy Service

Our offices are not open to the public.

We correspond with our clients by email and phone calls to assess need, as we are an on line based advice and representation organisation to keep costs down and affordable.

We accept minimum payments for certain casework we undertake and information is found on our website. There are some cases where custom cost prices are given but still at a subsidised rate than if consulting with solicitors directly, as we are low cost affordable grass roots law consultants, working with our community to access justice and engage human rights.

Our casework services are:  Housing advice, homelessness, housing allocations, eviction interventions, financial education, wills, trusts, power of attorney, employment disputes including employment tribunals, casework research, welfare rights including new claims and appeals, education establishment disputes, community care assessments, consumer disputes, medical reports sourcing, data protection and freedom of information casework, anti-social behaviour investigations casework, leaseholder and freeholder disputes, and assistance with pre-court, court, and post court applications.

We have a charity and paid for service. Some of our work is charitable (pro-bono) on which some of our work we can subsidise fully However, for most of our work we charge, as it is very specialised and long term case work, and we do not receive any government funding or grants. For our charitable work we take minimum donations depending on the type of work and the work we need to subsidise for our existing and new clients.

Our case work has brought effective change to statutory and private sector processes, practices, and criteria and on which we take pride in the changes to existing strategic and operational systems that help all of our potential and existing clients.

We collaborate with clinical provider's whose clients have dual health care and social needs. Needs which are often as a result of an initial consultation matter which needs a secondary organisation to help resolve complex health issues that are being assessed and could be due to unsuitable housing, anti-social behaviour, neighbour nuisance, housing disrepair, or even the failure of the statutory sector to assess healthcare needs and community care.

100% our client's health improves with appropriate healthcare treatments coinciding, due to our casework specialism intervention in the professional scope of our consultancy services.
