Every Monday afternoon from 1:00 p.m. until 2:30 p.m., starting on 16th October until 4th December 2023, at Walton Village Centre, Walton Back Lane, Chesterfield, S42 7LT.

Service access criteria: You must commit to doing all 7 group healing sessions on Monday afternoons, including a self-care routine at home for 2 weeks. Register via the external self-referral form to avoid disappointment.
