Online Mindfulness for Older Adults (Cambridge)

The mindfulness for later life program is delivered by a chartered clinical psychologist and is fully online, delivered via zoom. The program has been proven to deliver successful outcomes for people with both mental and physical health difficulties (particularly chronic pain, fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome). It is delivered over six consecutive weeks, with an optional four weeks where participants are supported to set up their own peer led mindfulness group to continue indefinitely. The course is open access, but is limited to 15 participants. Participants need to be able to commit to attend all sessions and complete a daily home practice during the course.
