Steady Steps Steady Steps is a specialist falls prevention exercise programme for anyone aged over 60s who: Have had a fall Are worried they might have a fall Have been feeling off-balance Classes last between 45 minutes to 1 hour. The programme is run in blocks of 12. The exercises in class are designed to improve: Muscle strength Balance Flexibility Co-ordination Confidence The classes comprise of the following sections: Warm-up Stamina Balance and co-ordination exercises Strengthening Cool down All classes are run by qualified Falls Prevention Instructors.
