StayActive4Life offers friendly, supportive exercise programmes for adults aged 50 and over in Ealing, Hillingdon, and surrounding areas of West London, as well as online.
Our Strength & Balance classes are designed to help you:
- Build strength and flexibility
- Increase fitness and stamina
- Improve mobility, balance, and coordination
- Boost confidence and make new friends
- Reduce your risk of falls and injury
We use body weight, resistance bands, and weights to support a range of abilities. Our approach is all about maintaining independence, building confidence, making friends, and above all… having fun!
How to join: Classes are delivered in and around West London and online. You can self-refer or ask your GP, physiotherapist, or social prescriber for a referral.
