Strength & Balance Classes (Hillingdon Borough)

StayActive4Life offers friendly, supportive exercise programmes for adults aged 50 and over in Ealing, Hillingdon, and surrounding areas of West London, as well as online.

Our Strength & Balance classes are designed to help you:

  • Build strength and flexibility
  • Increase fitness and stamina
  • Improve mobility, balance, and coordination
  • Boost confidence and make new friends
  • Reduce your risk of falls and injury

We use body weight, resistance bands, and weights to support a range of abilities. Our approach is all about maintaining independence, building confidence, making friends, and above all… having fun!

How to join: Classes are delivered in and around West London and online. You can self-refer or ask your GP, physiotherapist, or social prescriber for a referral.
