Transition Homeless Project Soup Kitchen/Drop in Service

We are dedicated to eliminating poverty and homelessness. Through the provision of hot meals, guidance and support we empower individuals to rebuild their lives and transition towards sustained independent living.

Our drop in service is available for male and female individuals and operates every 1st Tuesday and 1st Thursday of the month from 12:30 - 3.30pm (referrals preferred).  Clients will be offered a meal, guidance including poverty prevention, housing, debt management, and careers support.
