12-Week Programme: Healthy Relationships & Domestic Abuse

Wednesdays | 11am–1pm

Whether you are healing after, navigating during, or seeking to prevent unhealthy relationships, this programme helps you understand the cycle of abuse, rebuild boundaries, and rediscover healthy love.

Sound Bath & Voice Healing (Sound & Breathe Sessions)

Fridays | 11am–1pm

Gentle sound and voice healing for emotional release, grounding, and connection to the divine feminine.

☕ Community Coffee Mornings

A nurturing space to reconnect, share, and celebrate growth.

(Term-time coffee mornings may be available for survivors once a course is completed, although not essential.)

Service access criteria:

Rise of the Rose supports women who have experienced domestic abuse (current or historical). Our programmes are survivor-led and trauma-informed, delivered in a safe group setting.

✅ Eligible if you:

Identify as a woman (including trans women)

Are aged 18+

Have lived experience of domestic abuse

Can engage safely in a group programme

Can attend sessions at The Women’s Hub, Barking Learning Centre (unless stated otherwise)

Available Programmes:

12-week Healthy Relationships & Domestic Abuse programme

6-week Sound & Breathe wellbeing programme

Term-time coffee mornings may be available after course completion (optional)

❌ Not suitable if:

You need emergency/crisis support or are at immediate risk

You are under 18

Your needs require urgent/high-risk specialist intervention

Self-referrals and professional referrals welcome.

Places are offered on a cohort basis and start dates will be confirmed once interest/spaces are full.
