Nordic Walking is my passion and I love to share it with others. The benefits are many, but include total body workout, low impact, kind to joints, great for mental health and much more. I am a British Nordic Walking Instructor; level 2 YMCA Walking and Fitness qualified; NLP Practitioner and have a BSc(Hons) degree in Nutritional Science. I am constantly looking at ways to enhance my sessions with additional exercises for core and balance. I feel privileged to be part of the Social prescribing project as it is a way that I can help individuals to gain confidence, get moving as well as exercising in beautiful surroundings.
