Better Health MInd & Body CIC

Funded by the Lotto Community Fund & Sport England - We offer FREE 12 week physical activity courses taking place 2 times week in Ashtead, Bookham, Fetcham, Leatherhead, Effingham, Cobham and Oxshott. Designed with ageing well in mind and to encourage physical and mental health to age well and independently. The course is fully coached with trainers who offer over 30 years combined experience who support participants with knowledge, guidance and motivation.
