NurtureFY CIC is a community interest company based in Blackpool, created to ensure no one is left to struggle alone. We provide practical, everyday support at home and in the community, helping people improve their wellbeing, feel less isolated, and regain control of their daily lives.

Our services include:

Home & life support: shopping, meal preparation, light housework, decluttering, paperwork, and companionship.

Body doubling: working alongside people who feel overwhelmed, especially those with mental health challenges or neurodivergence, to help them stay focused and motivated.

Gardening & outdoor care: from garden maintenance to confidence-building workshops that connect people with nature.

Community projects: seasonal group activities such as floristry and allotment workshops that reduce loneliness and build peer support.

All our team members are DBS-checked, insured, and trained in safeguarding, so residents can feel safe and supported. Our founder, a former registered nurse with 20+ years of experience, brings both professional expertise and lived experience of supporting families with complex needs.

Every penny earned is reinvested into free or subsidised projects, making our work sustainable and accessible to those most in need.

We work closely with local partners, and welcome referrals for people who would benefit from practical help, emotional support, and connection into community life.
