My name is Lilian C Akushie. With 15 years of experience as a care/support worker, I transitioned into social work.

Appolo Community Support is dedicated to combating loneliness in care homes and in the homes of our clients. We offer a therapeutic activities that help clients relax, overcome isolation and loneliness, and enjoy companionship through various activities.

In all our activities, we adopt a person-centered approach to assist our clients. These activities include hosting movie nights, solving puzzles, crosswords, or quizzes, learning new languages, engaging in light exercise, playing games like ludo, singing and dancing, enjoying triominoes, presenting small gifts to celebrate their special occasions, participating in arts and crafts, and much more.
