Wilder Wellbeing 6 week programme - Medway

Register your interest and we will contact you when details are released about our upcoming programmes.

Join us to explore the Five Ways to Wellbeing in a natural environment!

We’re offering a six-week programme designed to help adults facing difficulties with mental health to benefit from the healing power of nature in a supportive group setting. Sessions are gently paced, encouraging participants to slow down, notice the natural world, and engage in simple relaxation techniques.

Sessions may include:
Mindful birdwatching
Breathing exercises
Connecting with nature through the senses: touch, hearing, sight, smell, and occasionally taste
Nature identification (e.g. trees, butterflies)
Nature-inspired crafts, drawing, and poetry
Please bring any refreshments you may want and wear suitable attire for the weather. Sessions are accessible and adaptable, with flat paths and a pace that suits the group. Note: Sessions include slow-paced walking and standing, with limited seating available on the nature reserve. Toilet facilities are available at the beginning and end of the walk.

Where: Medway (exact location to be confirmed)
When: February – March 2026

How to Join: Sessions are free, but you must complete a registration form on our website before joining. This is a six-week programme, not a drop-in series. We ask participants to attend all sessions to gain the full wellbeing benefits (though we understand that illness or emergencies may occur).
