Our service is bringing the community together to prevent isolation and loneliness by offering group walks around Kent and social events. Pilates is online for 40mins for beginners once a week.
DURATION 1 1/2 hour Approx , yearly membership £15 DESCRIPTION
Walking Events all over kent and stoping off to have a hot drink after the walk, this is optional.
Benfits of walking: Helps in weight loss, Improves heart, Reduces chronic diseases, Decreases diabetes risks, Lower blood pressure, Increases lung capacity, Prevents disablity in old age.
