Citizens Advice Croydon offers free, confidential, impartial and independent advice to anyone living, working or studying in Croydon. Our advice is fully accredited with the Advice Quality Standard (AQS) and we hold additional accreditation for Casework in the following areas of law; welfare benefits, debt, housing and disability.

 

We are able to offer individually tailored, holistic advice on a range of topics: welfare benefits; money, finance and debt; housing; employment; immigration; family and relationships; health and community care; communications and utilities; tax; education; consumer goods and services; travel and transport; issues involving discrimination and hate crime.

Stated CAB contacted her, advised her that nothing can be done because she was still in her 56 but 56 days had passed.

They did not help with Household support fund to get electricity voucher.
