Totcycle Essentials is for families with children aged 0 to 5 who have been referred, are visiting for the first time, or are in an urgent or emergency situation. It provides donated baby and toddler items and can sometimes arrange delivery where travel is not possible or for bulky items.
- Nappies, toiletries, clothing and toys may be available
- Larger items can include stairgates, cots and prams
- Appointments give you privacy to explain what you need and have a one-to-one chat
- Support workers can collect items on behalf of families
- Availability depends on donations, and there may be a waiting list for large in-demand items
Cost: Free for referred families, first time visitors, and urgent or emergency situations.
