Healthwise is a physical activity referral scheme where health professionals can refer patients to a low cost physical activity programme.
It is designed for individuals who are inactive with existing health conditions. The Healthwise scheme aims to encourage people of all abilities to become and remain more physically active, helping to increase fitness levels and improve health and wellbeing.
