RE-SET Family Support

RE-SET is a service that supports families to create positive, long term changes for young people and families.

The service views families as experts of their own lives and we are curious with them about how they see their difficulties and work with them to find solutions.
 
We aim to 're-set'  relationships within families.

The RE-SET Service supports children, young people and their families who are:  

  • Aged 10-17 years
  • Experiencing emerging or entrenched exploitation/Extra familial harm
  • On the edge of care
  • meet one or more of the following criteria following an arrest for ‘grave’ offence(s) have:
    • been Released Under Investigation (RUI),
    • have had a No Further Action (NFA) outcome,  
    • are subject to a police doorstep curfew
  • Returning home from care/reunification
  • re in secure accommodation e.g. custody or remanded to local authority care.
  • At risk because of Domestic Abuse 
  • At risk of offending behaviour 
  • In need of support with independence/relapse prevention
