One You Lincolnshire offers a range of free health and wellbeing programmes to help adults and children across Lincolnshire make positive lifestyle changes. Whether you want to lose weight, get more active, stop smoking, or drink less, our friendly team is here to support you every step of the way.
We provide:
- 12-week weight loss courses for adults, including male-only programmes in partnership with MAN v FAT and Slimming World.
- Online gym classes and exercise sessions to help you move more and improve your strength and balance.
- Health coaching with 1-to-1 sessions, giving you the tools and motivation to eat well, lose weight, and stay active.
- Support to quit smoking, including advice on reducing and quitting e-cigarettes/vapes.
- Drink less programmes to help you cut down on alcohol and improve your overall wellbeing.
Our programmes are designed to help you make small, sustainable changes for a healthier, happier life. We offer motivational support, practical tools, and encouragement to guide you, with options for both in-person and online participation.

Smoking Tobacco, BMI of 30+, undertaking less than 150 minutes of PA, Drinking more than 14 units (not dependant). Lincolnshire resident 18+
