Have you been diagnosed with dementia?

The Live Well with Dementia Programme (LWwD) is a series of face to face sessions for people who have had a recent diagnosis of dementia or who are in the early stages of their diagnosis.

You will gain the understanding, knowledge and skills to live better with dementia. The sessions will increase your confidence in managing day-to-day and help you to better plan for the future.

Havering Carers Information and Support Programme

Our Carers Information and Support Programme (CrISP) provides free support and up-to-date relevant information for family, friends and carers of people living with dementia​.

Both groups are held in a group environment, where carers and people living with dementia can also find out about local and national services that can offer support.
