Our expert team provides advice and hands-on help for people who may be struggling with energy costs, living in cold or damp homes, or facing other challenges.

What we offer:

Our service is completely free and available to residents across Cumbria who may be on a low income, have a disability, live with debt, or are otherwise vulnerable. We work with individuals, families, and carers, and you can refer yourself or someone else.

How it works:

  • Contact us by phone or email, or fill in our online referral form
  • We’ll arrange a convenient time for a Green Doctor to visit your home or provide advice remotely
  • We listen to your needs and tailor our support to your circumstances

Eligibility: Our service is open to anyone in Cumbria who needs help with energy bills, keeping warm, or improving their home’s energy efficiency. We especially support people with disabilities, mental health issues, or those living in poor housing conditions.
