QEF Mobility Services in Carshalton is one of the UK’s largest providers of mobility advice and support for people with disabilities and age-related impairments. We offer a wide range of assessments and information services to help people of all ages become more mobile and independent.

No referral is required to access our services. We complete around 1,300 mobility assessments each year and work with adaptations to ensure maximum mobility.
Assessment costs vary depending on the type and whether you have been referred by a third party. Our team will confirm the cost at the time of booking.

- Complete our client enquiry form or call us directly
- Bring your driving licence (if applicable), proof of ID, any medication, glasses, and hearing aids to your assessment
- Allow up to four hours for your assessment
