Isorropia Foundation

Isorropia Foundation is a mental health and wellbeing organisation based on the Isle of Wight, dedicated to empowering individuals through practical strategies for stress management, resilience building, and fostering a positive mindset.

Our workshop-based programme offers over 12 different workshops covering a variety of topics to help you gain valuable insights into your struggles and learn effective coping strategies. We believe in a 'no discharge' approach, meaning everyone who completes our wellbeing programme can continue to receive ongoing peer support and access group activities through our member-driven Community Umbrella.

  • Dedicated Duty Team: Our team is available to answer questions and provide support. Please note, this is not a crisis line. If we are busy, leave your name and number and we will call you back.
  • Peer Support & Mentoring: Previous members who have found success with Isorropia now volunteer as mentors, offering personal guidance and support to new members, including 1-to-1 accompaniment if needed.
  • Accessible Location: Workshops are held at Medina Valley Centre, Newport, Isle of Wight, with a convenient shuttle bus service available for members.
  • Online & Evening Workshops: We offer flexible online and evening sessions to make our wellbeing programme accessible to everyone.

How to Join: You can self-refer online, call us, or email us. Referrals from other mental health practitioners are also accepted. After completing a quick pre-enrolment form, a Wellbeing Coach will contact you to guide you through the next steps.

What to Expect: We understand joining a group can be daunting. You are welcome to attend and just listen if you prefer, and sharing is never forced. Our supportive environment helps most members feel comfortable and relaxed soon after starting.

Eligibility: Adults seeking support for their mental health and wellbeing on the Isle of Wight.

Cost: There is no mention of fees; please contact us for details.

Opening Times: Monday – Friday: 09:00-17:00. Closed weekends.
