Kew Gardens Dementia Friendly Health Walks

Join us for a free, relaxing walk in the beautiful surroundings of Kew Gardens, specially designed for people living with dementia.

Our dementia-friendly health walks are led by volunteer walk leaders and last around 60 minutes, starting from Victoria Gate. Each walk is unique, taking in the seasonal highlights across the Gardens, and aims to provide a gentle, enjoyable experience in nature.

  • Time: 11am to 12pm
  • Location: Kew Gardens
  • Price: Free, with free entry to the Gardens included for participants and their support workers, friends, or family.

Accessibility: These walks are designed to be accessible for people living with dementia. Support workers, friends, or family are very welcome and will also receive free entry.

How to register: Spaces are limited, so please register in advance by emailing discovery@kew.org with your name, contact email, and postcode, or by phoning 07341114533. Postcode data is stored anonymously for 18 months and is used to ensure we are providing for our local community.
