Seated Exercise

Active Charnwood’s Seated Exercise classes offer a fun and social way to improve your balance, coordination, and mobility. These chair-based sessions are especially suitable for people living with long-term health conditions, including Parkinson's and stroke patients.

Class details:

  • Venue: Gorse Covert Community Centre, Loughborough, LE11 4RZ
  • Day/Time: Mondays, 2–3pm
  • Cost: £4.00 per session (pay by card at the venue or book online; cash not accepted)
