Dance is proven to improve both mental & physical health as both a form of exercise and creative stimulation.
Anybody can join the class regardless of body shape, gender, race or sexuality - our expert teachers lead inclusive programs for all.
Open to All - especially those struggling with body image, weight loss, confidence, making new friends, and moderate depression/anxiety.
All needs considered, however, unfortunately, our current venue is not wheelchair accessible.
